What We Believe
First Pentecost Assemblies International Church believes
the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God and is truth without error.
There is one God; The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in the unity
of the Godhead as three distinct persons.
Jesus is true God and true man, having been conceived by the Holy Spirit
and born of a virgin and without sin, died on the cross to atone for man's
sins, was resurrected from death, and ascended into heaven where He sits
at the right hand of the Father.
The Holy Spirit is a divine person and bears witness to the truth, convicts
men of sin, leads man to repentence, indwell, guide, instruct, and empower
the believer for godly living and service.
Man, in the person of Adam, was made in the image of God, but fell into
sin thereby plunging all of mankind into sin with a need for salvation.
Salvation is a gift of grace made available to all men through Jesus Christ.
The Church consist of believers in Jesus Christ as Savior and its sole
head.
The bodily, personal, premillinnial, and imminent return of our Lord Jesus
Christ.
The bodily resurrection of the just and unjust.
Water baptism by immersion and observance of the Lord's Supper.
